Craig Couch is one of Centric Commercial’s co-founding partners and a recognized leader in the Austin commercial real estate industry. Craig specializes in tenant representation and brings over 24 years of experience in structuring creative, aggressive, and timely corporate real estate solutions for his clients ... both locally, regionally, and nationally. His expertise includes property acquisitions and dispositions. Craig has completed over 530 transactions in the Greater Austin area and beyond valued in excess of $650,000,000. He has been recognized in the Austin Business Journal’s Commercial Real Estate as a “Heavy Hitter” several years since the inception. Prior to forming Centric, Craig was with Aquila Commercial, a local brokerage firm where he was recognized as a top producer. Prior to joining Aquila, he was with one of the largest, local brokerage and development firms, Endeavor Real Estate Group. Craig began his career at a local tenant representation firm, Don Cox Company. Craig is a graduate of Texas State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing. Russell Todd is a Principal with Centric Commercial. He specializes in industrial tenant representation, including acquisitions and dispositions. Russell’s experience in Central Texas’ industrial market spans more than 30 years, completing hundreds of transactions, and negotiating more than 33 million square feet of industrial space ... for clients. He has successfully integrated his understanding of the industrial clients’ needs and business plans with his extensive knowledge of the industrial market to provide real-time solutions. Current Affiliations include the Texas Real Estate Commission – Licensed Broker, Commercial Leasing Brokers Association (CLBA), RECA (Real Estate Council of Austin), Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. Andy Swanson is a Principal with Centric Commercial. He specializes in industrial and office tenant representation and in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Andy has twenty-six years of commercial real estate experience, working primarily in Austin and San Antonio. ... He has experience working with a diverse set of businesses ranging from small/mid-size local and regional companies to large, multinational enterprises. Prior to Centric, Andy was a market manager at Industrial Properties Corporation (IPC), responsible for overseeing a 3.2 million square foot portfolio of industrial space in Austin and San Antonio. During his tenure at IPC, he was actively involved in the development process for 1.2 million square feet of industrial buildings in Austin. He has experience in many facets of the commercial real estate business and puts this knowledge to use for his clients. Current affiliations include Rotary Club of Austin (current board member), Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Texas Real Estate Commission – Licensed Salesperson. He is currently on the board of directors for Mainspring Schools and has served as a director for a number of non-profit boards and associations. Kent brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience and expertise. Since joining Centric in 2015, he has worked hard to develop new business, ... monitor market activity, produce financial and economic reports, identify economic incentives and conduct site reviews. This knowledge is used to quickly seize opportunities, accelerate the transaction process and augments the client’s ability to make informed real estate decisions. Kent’s market knowledge, work ethic and high-level of customer service has led to many successful lease transactions and satisfied clients. Prior to Centric, he focused on tenant representation and market research in the Corporate Services division at HPI. Kent is a graduate of The University of Texas where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications with minors in Business and Real Estate. For 5+ years, Nick has represented commercial real estate owners and local, regional and national businesses ... occupying office and flex/industrial buildings. Nick’s market knowledge and core value of integrity propels his ability to establish trust when navigating complex transactions on behalf of his clients. Prior to Centric Commercial, Nick worked at Lead Commercial as an agent focusing on local tenant/buyer requirements and sale and leasing assignments for free-standing urban-core commercial buildings in Austin. Nick is actively involved in the Austin community, currently serving as an Executive Committee member of the Young Men’s Business League (YMBL) board and a board member of Austin Sunshine Camps (ASC). He is further intertwined in the real estate community as a member of Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR).
