Over his career, Craig has completed more than 600 transactions totaling over $750,000,000 across the Greater Austin area and beyond. He has been recognized multiple times as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Austin Business Journal.
Before co‑founding Centric Commercial, Craig was a top producer at Aquila Commercial and previously worked with Endeavor Real Estate Group. He began his career at Don Cox Company and is a graduate of Texas State University with a BBA in Marketing.
Craig’s life and work are grounded in faith, service, and community. He is an active member of Austin Ridge Bible Church and a committed advocate, volunteer, and fundraiser for Dell Children’s Hospital and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He has experience working with a diverse set of businesses ranging from small/mid-size local and regional companies to large, multinational enterprises. Prior to Centric, Andy was a market manager at Industrial Properties Corporation (IPC), responsible for overseeing a 3.2 million square foot portfolio of industrial space in Austin and San Antonio. During his tenure at IPC, he was actively involved in the development process for 1.2 million square feet of industrial buildings in Austin. He has experience in many facets of the commercial real estate business and puts this knowledge to use for his clients. Current affiliations include Rotary Club of Austin (current board member), Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Texas Real Estate Commission – Licensed Salesperson.
